This is the money courage, reblog at your leisure for wealth, positivity and good fortune. Add any negativity to this post and a man will appear outside your home yelling âreturn the slabâ over and over.
As Told by Ginger (2000-2006)
Congratulations, you made it halfway to Halloween! Halfoween is the day when next Halloween appears on the horizon before us and the last one disappears behind. Bake some cookies tonight and start planning, because from now on, itâs getting closer each day!Â
Happy Halfoween!
Relax. No oneâs gonna recognize us. What, because of hats and sunglasses? Itâs not a disguise, Hank. We look like ourselves at a baseball game.
Carla always wanted an âAddams Family House,â and when this 1874 Victorian came on the market, she was discouraged to see that it was on âMillionaireâs Row,â in Danville, Virginia, but then she realized that a million was a lot less back then, so she and her husband were able to buy it.
This began a 15 yr., & counting, marathon restoration project. Carla didnât want to keep the white paint on the outside and was eager to see what was underneath.
This was the front parlor in the 1880âČs.
This is how they found it.
Carla cleaning it up- she said she doesnât know what made her think she could take on a project this big.
The parlor under construction.
The elegant finished product.
This was the music room before.
The music room after.
The previous owners had remodeled the kitchen, but Carla wasnât having it.
So, the kitchen was completely taken down to the studs.
And, look at how incredible it is, now.Â
The fridge and freezer were hidden in this exquisite cabinet.Â
The finished exterior. Magnificent. You can follow the project by clicking on the link below.

I feel like I should tag @carolinecrane, although I know itâs not maybe your style, but the remodel is something else!
