This is my master at at Tae Kwon Do doing a board break.  He and my dad started TKD together and he’s a Sr Master.  He’s incredible.

Perfect Practice makes Perfect In less than a year, I'll test for Sam Dan. My required board break is a flying side kick over 3 people bent at the waist. I'm working hard to make sure I can do it!

Board break attempts from my test last night. That hollow sound on the foot break about killed me. 😖Frustrating that I know how to do this, but I get all flustered and freak out. That hand break was smooth as butter, if I do say so myself! 😆It is what it is though, and I'll know in a month or so the results of the test.
