Karaoke with friends in LA. Still haven't gone to Sardos (no, not that Sean Connery movie) but wow Boardwalk 11. Still amazing even on a Sunday night. Yet to be topped. I love hearing other voices, especially the ones that make you fall in love if only for seconds. I don't mean that in a stalker way. I mean when you smell a scent that turns your head or feel a fabric that turns your skin to melted butter kind of way.
FORTUNATE
I don't feel any older, but I do feel blessed. Today was a great day of reflection, and I am still smiling. From my loving and amazing family, to my fabulous friends - I am truly blessed! Started my morning at the dentist (ouchie), and spent a few hours at the DMV; but my braces goal is getting closer and I am officially a CA resident. I know, it's been a few years, but now it's legit. And I got a long overdue haircut. Anywhoodles, we celebrated last night by singing and dancing our lives away at Boardwalk 11 karaoke bar, and are heading to laugh out loud later this evening with Mike Epps. Sending December Sag love to Christina, JP, and Shavon! Happy birthday to we!
P.S. I got a baby princess Ariel doll for my birthday and I love her! I don't want to grow up!

Since I won't be in Vegas either, I might have to bring in this seemingly useless holiday (not referring to Veterans' Day--still only referring to 11-11-11) at Boardwalk 11. I've never been, but it sure looks super classy, doesn't it?
