I don't know what it is about things that look innocent and charming on the surface and turn out to be really messed up that draws me in, but here we are! Dreaming Mary! Holy heck, is this game pretty, but holy heck is it dark. Fair warning to anyone who wants to try this free-to-download game out for themselves, it touches on some... pretty heavy subject matter. But the concept of a "cheerful facade" here is used in a unique way, with the option to play by the rules and get a normal ending, or to "break" the rules and figure out the darker truths behind the world. Wake up from the dream, as it were. Also, soundtrack is great! Actually, speaking of recently discovered games... I have a few plans that are yet to unfold themselves. >w>
