Lil bit of an Art Fight rant, considering the amount of shit I've seen the past couple weeks. And the event hasn't even started yet.

Might be a bit of a hot take, but I love getting drawings from beginners & I love getting friendly fire attacks. I look forward to it every single year; because imo the beginners are the most optimistic, friendliest creators in the event & they're all so so grateful for what they receive in return.

I love being able to send revenge attacks to beginners & I love giving them the encouragement to keep going and keep improving.

I think a lot of yall complaining about getting "ugly" attacks from beginner artists are forgetting that you were once a beginner too. We all were. And instead of bitching and complaining about getting art from beginners, yall should be fucking grateful that they were inspired enough by your characters to make the attempt to draw them for you.

In the nicest way I can possibly say this, yall hating on beginners or those who do Friendly Fire before the event even starts don't deserve to get anything at all. Yall're so ungrateful towards the time and effort other human beings have put into a gift FOR YOU; and you're just ruining the fun of the event for yourself by being so nasty and negative
