the licence from hell.

so i have a cottage up in the muskokas and thought it would be a good idea to get my boating licence since we have a boat. im doing it online because the whole sit in a room thing comes with just so much pressure. you have to clock in 3 hours to take your final exam AND complete 5 chapter quizes as well. i was up late last night trying to finish it and when i woke up this morning, i have like 5 more topics in chapter 5 to study then i could take the quiz and therefore the final exam. i got 7 out of 10 on the quiz (70%) and so thats considered a fail. i have to do the WHOLE FIFTH CHAPTER OVER AGAIN and then get at least 8 correct on the quiz before i can take the final......
