From: A concerned person who was actually lying about being a friend of Ren’s because they don’t want to explain their accent
So I heard ye two don’ believe in werepires, eh? Well, in othar news, I think ye know the number of ‘townie vampires,’ but I suspect that ye are missin who they are, don’cha know?
Ah, an’ Ren? I had a run-in with thee witch. I mean not to mock ye, I apologize if it came off tha’ way.
And Pearl… ye might wana follow up on young Avid’s inquiry aboot werewolf scratches. He asked those questions for a reason, lass.
[Side note: this is now an OC. Their name is Bob. That is all I have for them. This is the extent of their lore.]
🌙🕶️ "Well it's not so much as we don't believe... just that if they do exist or did exist, there isn't exactly much on them since they probably don't last long if they were to exist." Pearl commented, crossing her arms while narrowing her eyes slightly at the letter. After all, there was a lot going on in town and only so much information was shared and could be trusted. And information that wasn't shared therefore became a liability. As for the part about following up with Avid about their werewolf scratches, she sighed slightly. "As much as I would like to, unless he tells me out right he has them or has suspicions on about it, I can't say something. After all, that would be putting myself and potentially Renhardt at risk."
Ren gave a low hum in sympathy about the part of the letter for him and how the other apologized. Although hearing that they had a run in with a witch too added to it. "It's quite alright laddie, after all I've heard plenty of people who had mocked me in the past dontcha know? But I appreciate ye apologizing. I am sorry to here'ye too have been afflicted with such a curse liketh my own."
