I'm not a big fan of football movies, so going into this movie, I was not confident. My mind was later changed with the incredible and very familiar comedy of Adam Sandler movies. The characters were not what I expected while also being exactly what I expected.
Favorite Character: Switowski
This man had me in tears because of how adorable he was. Switowski fit into the classic "big, but dumb and sweet" role and Bob Sapp played this so well.
My Husband: Coach Nate Scarborough
Burt Reynolds is one sexy man, and he aged like fine wine. I prefer him when he is older as well. I didn't realize that he had played Paul Crewe in the 1974 version until after, and I have decided that I like both him and his character in the most recent one better than the old one.
