Way too sweet and not worth the cost. I really like a good iced matcha drink but this was just too sweet. The boba was not light and chewy at all. The boba was hard and chewy like i chopped up a bunch of stale Dots and shoved them in my drink. Their syrup was more like liquified brown sugar on crack. The matcha drop itself was actually really good. Strong and pungent. I could smell the matcha filling the kitchen as it dissolved. The boba was so clunky and thick that the crappy paper straws that came with it were useless. Also, don’t include paper straws. They are absolutely useless once they hit liquid. If you have to include straws maybe include biodegradable plastic or recycled ones. Or maybe a reusable silicone straw. For $14-$15 you should get better quality. Just not worth the cost at all. For the cost of what this kit is, you can go and buy one from a coffee shop.
