Thank god for @bobbiepinzdotcom. I'll admit it was my fault for letting it get this bad. Ben Franklin's wig is the front weft and hairline cut out of a wig held on only by spirit gum and I haven't been cleaning it after every show. But, after three dress rehearsals and seven shows, ten layers of spirit gum under and over the lace left it looking REAL gross and ruined the effect that lave fronts are supposed to have on stage. It looked like hair stuck on his head. But, I came in extra early yesterday, armed with products from watching Bobbie's "Clean yo lace!" turorial and after working for an hour and watching the video a few more times, the lace looked like new! If you EVER have a question about a wig, styling, cleaning, caring for, etc. watch his videos! He's a hair dresser on Broadway and styles hair for most of the fabulous queens in the world. HE KNOWS HIS SHIT. Educate yo self! Also, he sells wigs, wefting and all the styling products you could ever want! Yay, @wigginoutbz!
