The faces of Bobby Drake:
Main universe. Josh Segarra. Belongs to the 90s cartoon era primarily, where he is more of an independent hero or team up partner of Spiderman than an X-Man. His potential is not fully untapped and he selfsabotages himself enough. He believes summer sucks because it's too hot and hates the beaches for the same reason. Which is stupid but you know, he is kindof a himbo.
MC and XMCU. Oliver Jackson Cohen. Aligns more to an early concept of X-Men universe within the MCU where 616 elements are taken into account. He is an X-Man, belongs to the first group of them, rather than being a second generation with age distance from Jean and the rest. He is openly gay since the early twenties. His omega potential is unlocked and he is not limited to ice manipulation or mimicry as he can also become water and control it rather than just transform ambient water into ice.
I thought of you when I read this quote from "Music Is History" by Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson -
"The events spun into pop culture, specifically pop music. Bob Dylan had a song out about George Jackson by November 1971, in two versions: one “Big Band,” one solo acoustic. One of the backup singers on the Big Band version was Jo Armstead, who had been an Ikette, a backup singer for Ike and Tina Turner, and gone on to write hits with Nick Ashford and Valerie Simpson, including “Let’s Go Get Stoned.” Later in life, after leaving the music industry, Armstead managed a boxer named Alfonso Ratliff, who in September 1986 lost by TKO to a twenty-year-old Mike Tyson, six months away from becoming the youngest heavyweight champion in history, and five and a half years away from going to prison himself. History."

Nice article from a journalist who interviewed Robert De Niro a couple of years ago and to say she thoroughly enjoyed the experience is an understatement. He even held her hand the whole time she talked to him
If I had brought more money with me I would have TOTALLY bought this. Bad enough I talked myself out of buying the Bobby D fan book. But it HURT to let this one go. I wouldn’t have even kept it here in Japan. I’d bring this one back to the USA and given it equal prominence with the Bears. Those of you who know me KNOW how sacred I hold my wife’s paintings. But she loves Robert DeNiro as much as me, so this would’ve been a great collector’s item. I just didn’t want to spend ¥6,000 ($54.23) on a poster today. I should’ve brought more cash.
