I 100% am going to hc he was in a kpop group when he was younger, and thats why he's such a good manager
I think Bobby would end up being "the baby/the cute one"
But he really wants to be "the cool one/heartthrowb"
Not playing that for laughs, playing for he genuinely feels uncomfortable with how people keep infantalizing him within their groups Fandom, but because he was a bigger guy, he was typecast as the cute one
He learned to mask by acting like the silly sweet one, always energetic, because that's what was expected from him- and he never wants his girls to feel like they have the same expectations and pressure to play a part
As he's their manager, he's in the process of unmasking and learning to just let himself be him- still a fun guy! Energetic, kind, but also more chill sometimes, reminding himself to take a breath, calm down, and he likes not having the pressure of too many eyes on him
