The grand opening of the "Forever Remembered" exhibit at @kennedyspacecenter showcases personal items and cherished belongings of the fallen astronauts that flew on STS-51L Challenger and STS-107 Columbia. It also featured two actual pieces of wreckage from the tragedies. Top: Columbia cockpit windows. Bottom left: Challenger left side body panel. Bottom right: Entrance into the exhibit. We honestly thought no exhibit could top Atlantis and her magnificent display... And then this happened. Forever Remembered is located inside the Space Shuttle Atlantis exhibit directly under the orbiter. It is a must-see.
