During this crisis, it’s important to try and maintain a #positive mind and to keep moving. Exercising can help that busy mind by keeping your focus on the activity, being in the moment (whilst listening to that killer playlist that you just put together 😜) and most importantly reducing stress. 🙌🏻 Find something that works for you. . 💛 For me, I try to change up my exercises. Somedays I go for a jog or bike on our indoor trainer using @gozwift and others I do a full body workout using weights and / my own body weight using the Nike app. . More recently I joined #bodbyfinch which is an amazing app full of delicious meal plans, recipes and it has a fantastic range of workouts to suit all levels of fitness. .
