Body Fluids - Blood Magick & the Like

Magick is internal, I already knew this. 

Blood magick and other workings done with body fluid are using internal fluids to add coatings and mixins to external things, adding our person and being to an object or spell. I got quite woozy using a regular hat needle. I would like to invest in some lancets, maybe create an update to this entry, but for now I will be journaling my first blood magick session. It was quite basic, and straight forward: Bless my lithomancy stones with my blood to bind them to me. I pricked four out of my ten fingers, the two middle of each hand. It was the most pitiful thing, and each felt like the world's tiniest bubble wrap when it broke the first later. Filled my heart with a millisecond of child-like curiosity before the lightheadedness and nausea set in, fought through it and never laid down. I did kneel and sit for a little while though and I prayed to Hekate and Juno. But they bled enough for me to bless everything, even the candle, I also squeezed out a little extra to bless a worry stone and a quartz. 

Any fluid will do, but I feel different fluids of the body have different strengths, while all are excellent at representing me, as well as being a great way to add raw, directed, personal energy, and extra oomph, each has a specific aspect in magickal workings and aspects in nature.

Semen/Vaginal Fluid - Great for sex, fertility, and love spells. Also great for hexes regarding impotence in men and infertility.

Menstrual Blood - Great for moon spells and renewal spells. Also a keen addition to spells about discarding things no longer useful to you - see: burning the leftovers. Personally found the most powerful “batch” to be from the first menstruation after giving birth.

Urine/Spit - Great add-ins for every hex; it is the most simplistic, spiteful, addition to venom/hex jars, adds toxicity. Spit is also useful in ancestral work - see:Blood

Blood - Best add in to poppets of yourself or people you are bound to, great for general personal “oomph” to a spell. Also great for adding to Id feeding spells. Weight Loss, glamours, financial increase, raw “I want and I need” ideology. Blood has multiple life giving uses, this is why I personally feel drawn to use it in binding work.
