Here is a link to a pdf file that will let you know more about these topics, it also explains about the movement and axis of the body, which i will not cover for now :^( but if you are interested you can check it right here! Note: i did not made this pdf file, all credits goes to the author.
Body Planes
The Body Planes are this imaginary flat surfaces that divide the body into diferent parts, it is used to help us visualize interior structures.
There are three main Body Planes:
Transverse: It divides the body into superior and inferior parts (up and down).
Frontal: It divides the body into anterior and posterior parts (i slices up your butt-cheeks haha).
Sagittal: It divides the body into left and right sides.
PS: If you save the image you'll read better. I'm trying to improve my handwriting.
Hello, so I decided to do original post only. It might take a while to publish posts but at least I'm contributing with something.
Even though I'm not in Vet school yet, I am taking a Cousera course online from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies of The University of Edinburgh.
At the end of the course I'm getting a certificate which is good for curriculum purposes.
