The Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center reminds me of our Natural History Museum (I mean, makes sense, it's that architectual style and build around the same time. But i don't think it was a direct inspiration. As you can see in the images, it's build for a higher capacity of people coming through.) I know they have a laboratory department underneath and my uncle worked there (and the botanical gardens) as a researcher on great ape DNA.

Another very familiar feeling is turning around a corner and almost getting a heart-attack, because of the f*cking Megaloceros Skeleton standing there.

Specially awesome at night.

Also the “Körperwelten” (Body Worlds) exhibition is coming back this year. Very fitting as well. (TW: Dead Body under the cut)

Honestly I think Gunther von Hagens actively tries to look like the most evil scientist possible. (And I'm a big fan ngl.) If Victor Gideon is a snake, Gunther von Hagens is his turtle buddy.
