How many of you feels like losing the earth under the feet when thinking about going to a job interview? Anxiety is probably the worst enemy of all graduating students in this case. However, according to the social psychologist Amy Cuddy, "power posing" - standing in a posture of confidence - can decrease the level of anxiety and positively impact your chances to succeed in a job interview.
By standing in a power pose for 2 minutes every time before going to a job interview, the brain receives more testosterone and cortisol that makes you feel empowered and ready to conquer the world.
