Ever since the first time I saw Dave Rastovich surf I was inspired by him. He is one of the most amazing watermen. Some of this body surfing is all time. He is the closest thing that a man will ever come to being a dolphin.

This is a fantastic article that talks about the problem with body shaming or body bashing, in response to the picture circulating facebook and tumblr, which bashes women who are skinner, like Kiera Knightly, while encouraging a more curvier body type like Marilyn. 

THEY ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL! Demonizing one body type in promotion of another does not fix any of the problems with body image, nor is it right to continue this endless cycle of promoting only ONE body type! All shapes and sizes are beautiful, and healthy bodies come in many shapes and sizes!
