Am so buzzing seems I have my diet and sups figured as upped my reps on nearly all exercises with only 4 days between the same exercises. Sit ups from 67,68,58 up to 82,65,54. Lat pull down OH 80kg from 4 reps up to 8 reps. Seated Low Rows 80kg from 9 reps up to 13 reps. Hammer Curls 17.5kg from 6 reps up to 9 reps.
