Whoops!
Slept past my alarm this morning and missed bootcamp - which is VERY unlike me. I dont think I've done that for years, so I took it as a sign my body needed more sleep and had an easy morning getting ready for work.
Its really nice to have an unexpected break every now and again.
Saying that .. can't wait to go for a 7k walk/hike with my dad after work, hopefully followed by a bath!
I've eaten way too much shit these past few days and as much as I love food, I think I need to detox starting tomorrow because I feel like I'm having a heart attack right now.
