We had the privilege of doing a new nostril and septum piercing for Farah recently. 

For the new nostril (pictured on our left, their right) they picked out a yellow gold hammered disc from Anatometal. 

For their septum they picked out this stunning NikiStixx from BVLA. A solid yellow gold layered hinge ring with a stack of two 18g rings, a twisted ring,  and a cable chain. 

Your nose looks amazing Farah! Thank you as always!

This is our jewelry specialist Michelle's setup. The highlight of this setup is her Telesto nostril ring, all 18k yellow gold around Swarovski White Cubic Zirconia. You can also glimpse her Mischief chain on her other nostril, as well as a Harlequin Pear with a genuine Diamond in her philtrum.
