A SHORT STORY RE: UR STUPID FUCKING FITNESS MEMES Since the beginning of the year I had been taking a new daily med to prevent migraines (Atacand). I've always had low blood pressure but I was really feeling like garbage. I had my BP tested at work and it was just about... 89/59 🙈🙈🙈. Y'all, I would black out when I stood up. It's really hard to like, do anything when you constantly feel like you are swimming through mud? I got checked at my GP today after discontinuing the med abt 2 weeks ago and y'all it is like night and day. It really frustrates me when unqualified people, espc people in the ~~fitness industry~~ assume everyone who isn't getting the same results they are just needs to eat less ("it's just calories in calories out!") or try harder (e.g. overweight or weak people are just lazy).
