I have struggled with body positivity my entire life because I was always made fun of. I always struggled with my weight and have always fluctuated and have never been able to reach my goal weight and feel 100% confident in myself. I’ve always been ashamed of how I look in pictures and always avoided the camera, but through the years I learned to be more confident, and to love my body and myself. I still have a lot of off days, but even on those days I tell myself I am beautiful to try to push past the hate in my brain. I love @taylorswift for showing me how to not be ashamed of myself and love me for who I am, and honestly wouldn’t be where I was without you! Love you to the next universe and back. You complete me.
