🍑🍑🔥🔥 All the legs! HML 214 is a killer leg workout! Omg!!!! Feeling very wobbly after this one! But once I got going I couldn’t stop! I modified some of the bar squats with resistance band walks and pulses. My knees and back were getting achy so I listened to my body and just toned it down some.
