Boethiah's Calling has the highest level cap of any Daedric Quest, at level 30. It requires you to sacrifice a follower, who Boethiah will then possess, asking you to kill everyone at Knifepoint Ridge, her former Champion included, stealthily. Despite this request, there is no penalty for killing everyone at Knifepoint Ridge unstealthily. The Mind of Madness is possibly the easiest Daedric Quest, being more puzzle-based than anything else (and the solution to every puzzle is, essentially, 'hit everything with the Wabbajack.') It's fun to have some variety in gameplay, but maybe you prefer more standard combat?

"When I did the Boethiah’s Calling quest, it was such a difficult decision to pick which follower to sacrifice. I figured since I had to do the quest where you get the blood of every type of elf, I decided to knock out two birds with one stone and sacrifice Faendal. He had been my follower since as soon as I reached Riverwood, and I was already level 48 by the time I did the quest. Nevertheless, I sacrificed him, and after heavily thinking about the horrible death he went through, I committed suicide and picked up a save from two levels back so he could continue to be my follower."
