Boglarka Devai wins her first European title on vault!

I need her to make vault finals at Doha
who else had a good cry with Boglarka today?
Here's all of my autographs from Worlds, I am so excited with the amount of gymnasts I managed to find! I was also hoping to find Marine Boyer, Coline Devillard, Asuka Teramoto, Kenzo Shirai, Kohei Uchimura, Catalina Ponor, Morgan Hurd, Jade Carey, Ellie Black and a few others but of course many of those I knew would be almost impossible so I'm not too disappointed! I started ordering some of these leocards a few years ago from a girl on here (MegTwelve, I don't think she's active anymore) and I ordered as recently as last year but recently she got a new job and is too busy to fulfill new orders, so I decided to try my hand at making new designs! I hope she doesn't mind that I am continuing with her general design idea, I love the idea of having their competition number and labeling it with the meet! Obviously she's an expert at Illustrator and I'm a total noob but I like what I've done so far and am excited to learn more about Illustrator and create new, more intricate designs! The ones MegTwelve created here are: Ashton Locklear 2014 UB Final, Epke Zonderland 2012 HB Final, Nadia Comaneci 1976, Svetlana Boguinskaia, Vanessa Ferrari 2012 FX Final, Beth Tweddle 2012 UB Final A few of these beauties are created by @theleotardproject as well! Thank you so much for sharing your artwork with us! The ones they made are: Amy Tinkler 2016 FX Final, University of Georgia, Ragan Smith 2017 American Cup, Sanne Wevers 2016 BB Final, and the Dutch Leo from 2015 Worlds which I used for Lieke and Eythora! All of these are gorgeous and I can only hope one day I will learn enough in Illustrator or Photoshop to make designs this nice! I have them all in alphabetical order (except I mixed up Lieke and Mai lol! And I put Beth last since it's the biggest) and will list them all here! Amy Tinkler (2016 Olympics FX EF) Ashton Locklear (2014 Worlds UB EF) Boglarka Devai (2017 Euros VT EF) Brittany Rogers (University of Georgia) Brittany Rogers (2016 Pacific Rim Event Finals) Epke Zonderland (2012 Olympics HB EF) Eythora Thorsdottir (2015 Worlds) Eythora Thorsdottir (2016 Olympics Quals - my fave Leo they wore in Rio) Isabela Onyshko (2016 Olympics BB EF) Mai Murakami (2016 Olympics TF) Lieke Wevers (2016 Olympics Qualifications) Lieke Wevers (2015 Worlds) Manrique Larduet (2015 Worlds AA Final) Nadia Comaneci (1976 Olympics AA) Nina Derwael (2017 Euros UB EF) Oleg Verniaiev (2016 Olympics AA) Ragan Smith (2017 American Cup) Sanne Wevers (2016 Olympics BB EF) Sanne Wevers (2016 Olympics Qualifications) Shallon Olsen (2016 Olympics VT EF) Svetlana Boguinskaia (1989 Worlds AA) Tutya Yilmaz (2016 Olympics Qualifications) Vanessa Ferrari (2012 Olympics FX EF) Zsofia Kovacs (2017 Euros AA) Beth Tweddle (2012 Olympics UB EF)
The state of the Hungarian senior national team....
Hungary held Nationals in Budapest this weekend, for seniors and (randomly?) 2002 born juniors. I don’t get the point of not just having all juniors compete but hey, this is the Hungarian federation, so fuck logic.
AA podium (Hungary doesn’t know what domestic overscoring is FYI): 1. Dália Al-Salty (Józsefváros TE) 49.800 points 2. Boglárka Dévai (Szombathelyi SI) 48.600 3. Inez Sági (KSI SE) 44.500
Zsófi’s three event score was a 40.200 with a fall on beam/just doing the FTY.
Detailed rambles after the cut, since I assume no one really cares but basically: THINGS ARE NOT LOOKING GOOD.
