I finally powered through Builder’s Block (haha puns) and finished the roof for Bogspore’s newly renovated Library.
The Lilyroot Library is the building in the far back! Next up for completion of Anita’s house, the building in the bottom right corner.

Update on Kevin and the swamp village!
The village, which is now named Bogspore, has several new residents and is now a large enough village to spawn untamed cats!
Kevin and I keep to our house and farm mostly while the other villagers are just sorta hanging around their workstations.
Two of the new villagers were zombies that i cured (A librarian named Henry and then Mason the stonemason) and they sorta went ham under the forge for a few days.
Now the village has six villagers, including Kevin!
Kevin and I have four cats, a nice big beet, carrot, and pumpkin farm, and our lovely home.
I’m currently working on the roof of the chapel where I am planning an official wedding. Alastor, the Cleric who lives there, seems to be a vampire.

The Villagers of Bogspore
Kevin: The first villager to live in the swamps. My hustband and co-founder of Bogspore. Hes a farmer, beets and carrots being his main crops. Former zombie
Henry: Second villager. A quiet librarian who keeps to his small library, except on occasions where he goes out to chat with Mason, or maybe hide under the forge with him. I dont intrude on whatever they're doing there.
Mason: Third villager. Rather nice guy, good at what he does. Hes a stonemason, and lives at the forge with his friend Darius. He's a librarian magnet, and loves Henry a lot, but probably wont say it first.
Darius: Kind of rude, he keeps coming into the house Kevin and I live in. He stares at the cats a lot. Other than that hes pretty nice, weaponsmith with cheap swords, axes, and such. I noticed him talking to Anita and then Alastor.
Anita: Lovely lady! She supplies me with all my arrows and helps me repair my crossbow! Shes more focused on her job as a fletcher than the advances made by Darius or Alastor, and keeps to her house a lot.
Alastor: This guy may be a cleric but I swear hes also a vampire. He sleeps in the basement of the chapel, in one of the coffins. Theres no reason for him to do that. Hes really into Darius, I think its the eyepatch and burning metal smell. He talked with Anita a few times but she just ignored him mostly.

hey should i write lil stories about the adventures and stuff with Kevin and the village of Bogspore?
to be clear now, i’ll prolly write it from 3rd person and use Toadly (my mc oc) instead of making it a self-insert. after all the mc skin i use is of Toadly, so i guess that makes better sense in my mind?
