this was supposed to be a starter house, but hmm I went over budget! Unfortunately, in the vulnaviasims savefile, you won't find any houses under 20000 simoleons, get your freerealestate cheats ready!

I thought of a female sim who moves to the neighborhood, and who loves wellness.

Selvadorada Villa, new build.

I saw somewhere, someone wanting more Boho style homes. I haven’t really done that decor style before, and I hope this does justice. No CC, available on my Gallery, Endmaske.

Hasn’t been play tested yet. Hope it works (I’m wondering mostly about  the “balcony” I stuck above the bathtub in the main floor bathroom).

I think I fell flat on the garden decor though. I felt like I was just slapping things down. But it still looks pretty. 

My fav room? The kitchen!
