Do you believe in Magic? Not the bunny-out-of-a-hat 🐰 kind, or the crystal ball 🔮 kind of magic. More like the kind that results from doing the inner work to clear up the past from its hold on your future. Deciding what kind of life you want to live & then taking that action steps that will actually get you there. It’s a series of “nows” that make up the future. No one will tell you it’s easy, that you won’t have to face fears, have dark moments, and that you won’t have to let go of old patterns & choose the new path again & again, but that it is, after all, worth it. It is in our daily practices, that we create the changes we wish to see; whether we uphold them, or avoid them. Re-patterning thoughts & actions, whether they are physical, spiritual, or emotional, is where we break free from the past & become crystal clear in our present. And that is where the magic in results live. It’s a bit strange gift that we’ve been given this time right now, to evaluate & shift what we do with our time, each day. But it is stranger to do nothing with it. Are you working towards the change you wish to see? Imagine a world where we all have this opportunity, and the impact of that on the planet as a whole. My mentor always says to me: “Don’t let perfection be the enemy of progress.” If you’re out for for a walk & a chai tea is calling your name, but you didn’t bring your reusable mug, meet yourself in the middle & give up the plastic lid. Be wild & crazy. You can manage the first few sips with out the ♻️ #6 plastic guard, that literally does not go anywhere, it’s not getting recycled & it is produced for 2 seconds of “protection / prevention “ but I ask you if the 2 seconds of “convenience” for you is worth the lifetime on this planet? 🌎 I know it’s small & not “perfect” but awareness, choices each day, collectively, really do make a difference to the impact we’re making on this Earth. (You can also encourage your coffee shops to use #plantbased 🌱 options ;) Tiny actions each day add up.
