最初に興味を持ち始めたのは、ZERO WASTEと言う単語からだったんですが、流石にそれは難易度高すぎて、続かないと思いました。

それ関連から、色んな方のYouTube動画やブログ、インスタの投稿などを参考して、初心者の私でも無理なく続けられそうな何点から始めました。

Using soap bars instead of bottles is so much better for the environment!! These soap bars are vegan (so not tested on animals), do not contain microplastics, are not wrapped up in plastic, last longer than shampoo in a bottle and use so much less water during production! All by all, it is just a great environmental swap! So swap your shampoo bottles for shampoo bars🧼
