Miss Adelaide Grey & Captain Horatio Boldwood
Yes, folks, this is the same Captain & Mrs. Boldwood from the Boldwood Save story... only 20 years younger!
So be sure to keep a weather eye for future Boldwood story posts involving these two! ;)

I finally have some progress of my Napoleanic / Early Victorian Royal Navy Uniform recolor of @joliebean ‘ s gorgeous Dandy suit!!
(If only there were some cc epaulets like in the Moschino pack but made of gold rope instead of sequins)
Welcome to Boldwood Farms
New Grasse Isle, Brindleton Bay
The Officers are about to confer...
- Outtake -
We interrupt this story for a brief interlude where the game decided to do its own thing and I just went with it.
So literally as I open the Boldwood household so Captain Boldwood can travel somewhere for poses relevant to the story, all of a sudden his daughter Claudia gets a telephone ringy-ding from Lt. Yale Brandt!! (A little bold of you if I should say so to invite a lady to a bar as a first get-together... also that ‘RAWR!!’ ... really??). Claudia travels alone (gasp! young lady! without an escort?) And... it doesn’t exactly start off on the right foot.
Clearly, neither Claudia nor even Lt. Brandt enjoys the company of bears. Tense moodlets abound.
So before anyone risked getting the ‘Very Tense’ moodlet, Claudia got the whim to stargaze with Yale! (aww)
So they did, and it seems like their little not-date turned out all’s well that ends well!
(P.S. I think we can all agree that Claudia makes some of the best priceless facial expressions in this save)
So here we have it! The Boldwood family, who most likely reside in the lighthouse on Deadgrass Isle, Brindleton Bay:
Captain Horatio Boldwood. Hot-headed. Self-Assured. Survivalist.
Mrs. Adelaide Boldwood. Family-Oriented. Wordly. Museum Patron.
Miss Claudia Boldwood. Bibliophile. Observer. Unflirty.
Miss Alma Boldwood. Piper. Child of the Ocean.
And for bonus round, we have the two love interests in this little historical drama...
Lieutenant Yale Brandt. Ambitious. Outgoing. Clumsy.
Mr. Oliver Hatch. Savant. Historian. Mentor.
While Lt. Yale Brandt had been quietly pining for Miss Claudia since they danced at the winter ball and wondering if his affections are unrequited, Miss Alma suddenly takes everyone by surprise by confessing her infatuation with Mr. Oliver Hatch... her own history tutor!
@kyriat-sims Thank you SO much, dear!! ♡
Captain Boldwood’s coat is the “Savages Top” by @its-adrienpastel , and his hat is “The Fiddler Hat” by @naturalsimmster !
So before our officers meeting begins, we need to assemble the gents to begin with, right? Right. So the closest thing to re-creating a Royal Navy crew in TS4 would be to create a Get Together Club!
Names for the other crew gents coming soon! For now, they’re just being referred to by their job title/rank!
