These are ruby bolettes - Hortiboletus rubellus. They seem to be emerging from the ground already coated in a thick layer of white mould. + an old photo from the same site for reference.
Hortiboletus rubellus
Leccinum pseudoscabrum - a brown bolette commonly growing with hazel.
Chalciporus piperatus - the peppery bolette.
Tylopilus felleus somewhat resembles the tastier, netted bolettes, but is revoltingly bitter. The dark brown spots on the net, pinkish tint to the pores and pinkish-brown bruising are distinguishing characteristics.
