Bolton take 3 points from Villa
With a game like Barcelona V Chelsea on TV we all forgot that Aston Villa Hosted Bolton tonight. With both teams disparately needing points for their hopes of surviving the drop it was a game of importance. We had to wait until the 60th minute for the opening goal coming from Villa's Stephen Warnock, then two minutes later Villa Conceded a penalty which Martin Pertov buried in the back of the net then just 50 seconds later David N'God put Bolton 2-1 ahead and that's how it stayed until the final whistle. A good 3 points for Bolton and their survival Hopes.
However Alex Mcleish was abused by his fans at the final whistle and it's understandable Villa have undoubtedly played the worst football in the league this season and it's down to the man in charge he has taken them from a mid to top half table team to the bottom of the table. If they survive the drop then Changes will inevitably be made in the summer.
