Am i the only one who is annoyed with Murtagh this episode. Like he has no right to be upset with Brian or to be hitting him, it's not like Brian can help how he feels

Murtagh does have a right to feel how he feels. Because like Murtagh said he’s not upset because Brian fell for Ellen, even tho that does hurt. He’s upset with him because he left him in the dark. By not only not telling him how he feels about her, but also letting him believe that Brian was trying to help him with Ellen. Which imo I believe is a very good reason to be upset with someone.

Did you hear or know that Julia named her baby William? How do you think that it's gonna connect to the main series? Do you think that if something happens to Julia/Henry that Brian/Ellen will take William and raise him as their own?

Where did you get that info? Bc they didn’t say his name on the show. Julia called him baby Beauchamp. And I like to think that might be because a small part still believes she’ll find her way back to Henry, and wants to wait so they can name him together.

Tbh honest I don’t think that anything that happens in BOMB is gonna connect to the main series, unless it was already canon.

Honestly, I don’t know. But I don’t think so. Because we canonically know that Brian/Ellen have 4 kids together. And their William won’t be born for at least another year a so. And William is also the reason that Colum and Dougal ending up having to accept Ellen/Brian’s marriage.

The timelines don't add up with Outlander. If Claire is 5yo right now, then Brian and Ellen should already be married and have Jamie.

And let's say that Henry and Julia did go farther in the past, and Julia met both Ellen and Brian(and was friends with Brian), then why isn't there any mention of it from Jamie. I mean surely Brian would've told him about the lady who helped him and Ellen.

And the list goes on from there.

I think that’s because none of this is actually canon to Outlander or the books. Since we know next to nothing about Brian/Ellen and Julia/Henry, in canon. And usually when they make a prequel show with no canon info to work with, things can get a bit messy. And they don’t bother to try and line things up timeline wise etc, sadly.

I would try not to focus on all that, too much. Lol trust I know it’s hard, because I’m someone who likes things to make sense/add up in stories.
