Fuzzy-horned bumblebee, (Bombus mixtus) on showy milkweed (Asclepias speciosa). Note the pollen sacs that are attached to its toes. Milkweed does this sort of thing with its pollen. Sometimes bees get stuck on milkweed because of this. Why a plant would do this to its pollinator is a good question. Did I just write toes?
