Building, Scaling, and Starting Again — My Journey So Far

I've always built things from the ground up.

I’m a multi-exit founder and operator, best known as the sole founder of Little Learning School and BondiBoost, two high-growth ventures that led to nine-figure exits. Over the years, I’ve built businesses across education, beauty, fintech, and media, including serving as executive producer and co-creator of the SBS series Memory Bites.

I was born to a mother who became pregnant at sixteen and raised without a father. My childhood was unpredictable - shelters, soup kitchens, hostels, and sometimes the street. That instability forged my independence, resilience, and the relentless drive to create a better life, especially for my own children.

In 2007, I started with a single childcare centre that would eventually become Little Learning School, one of Australia's largest privately owned childcare groups. I shaped its direction, culture, and expansion and overseeing growth to 54 centres and more than 2,500 educators and built a company recognised for its quality, care, and strong values. The business was sold in two stages, first to Bain Capital (2018), then Busy Bees (2020).

In 2018, I founded BondiBoost, independently conceiving the brand, strategy, and product roadmap. I led every decision - from pricing and product development to marketing and international expansion.

BondiBoost went on to become one of Australia’s fastest-growing DTC brands, expanding into ULTA, Sephora, and Boots UK, and building a global community of loyal customers and advocates.

Today, I lead Globe Wealth, a private investment firm focused on direct investment, strategic growth, and legacy-building ventures. I’m also the executive producer and co-owner of the SBS series Memory Bites, with Season 2 filming later this year.

I’ve built everything I’ve ever created with obsession, purpose, and timing. I see whitespace before others do and I move fast when I believe in something.

More than anything, I’m passionate about backing female founders and proving that where you start never defines where you can go.

Holy balls! I never thought I would find something like this. But this is 10 days on @bondiboost hg shampoo and conditioner and 5 months on @sugarbearhair. I guess adding the Bondi Boost is going well with the Sugar Bears. WOWIE! I cant wait to see what this looks like in 2 more weeks. I think I grew like a quarter inch in just these 10 days! I am officially almost able to put my hair in a low bun again after 2 years of not being able to.
