In Ten Desires stage 2, Kyouko and Marisa briefly shake during one of their dialogue lines before the boss fight.

After the boss fight during Sanae's scenario, Kyouko will also shake. But only her, Sanae will not tremble at all.

In Ten Desires, timing out the nonspell of the midbosses who do not have a spellcard (stage 1 midboss from all difficulties and stage 4 and 5 midboss from Easy) will simply make the respective midboss to flee the screen.

But if you timeout Kogasa’s second nonspell on Easy and Normal, she will explode.

The staff roll of Ten Desires says "October 2011", but the game was released in August during Comiket 80. Also, if you check on ZUN's website, all patches were also released in August.

Toyosatomimi no Miko and Okina Matara (the extra stage appearance from Hidden Star in Four Seasons) have a common texture in their spellcard backgrounds. The flower pattern is the same, but it's not so obvious due to the colour changes during the spellcard.

In Undefined Fantastic Object, Double Spoiler and Ten Desires, the pixelated effect from Nue Houjuu's spellcard background was slowly moving upwards. In Violet Detector the pixelated effect is distorted into a circle shape which radiates.

Kogasa Tatara's spellcard background became darker in Double Spoiler compared to Undefined Fantastic Object, only to return in Ten Desires to its lighter appearance again.
