art related advice needed!!!

art moots and art followers, i need advice!!! i have the issue with my sketches and lines(lines especially) just being stiff and flat - as well as my whole art generally being flat. i am not 100% sure what direction i want my art go in and i don't really have any artists that i strictly inspire from. i tend to forget how i even drew earlier pieces lowkey, i dont know if adhd+aphantasia has anything to do it.

i guess the advice im asking for is - what would be the next thing to practice or spend more time on? right now im just dilly-dallying whenever i draw, but i lack motivation to lock in unless someone's actively watching over my shoulder lmao
