Be More Chill AU Idea

Be More Chill Musical but its the BMC Book cast. Like I read @galaxyglow103 'boyf reinds is low-key toxic rant' and I also(finally)saw an accurate interpretation on how canon book!Michael acts like.

How different would the Musical be?

Imagine hearing Book!Squip giving Book!Jeremy the suggestion of Squipping the whole school! And how different Two-Player Game would be! We also get to see and hear Book!Squip singing! And imagine how different 'I love Play Rehearsal' can be. It could be the classical version with some changed lyrics to make it seem more like Book!Christine.

Since there's a lot of characters who didn't showed up, I'm gonna think they made a minor appearance like Dustin and Madeline but for Mark Jackson(Book!Jeremy's[gonna start calling him 'Jere']other 'friend') their could be an added scene where he starts insulting Jere and the Squip starts threatening him. Then there could be that Star scene!

Oh and instead of Mr. Heere entering Jere's room it's his mom instead! And they could have a totally different conversation but Jere's still upset in the end and Book!Michael would comfort him. Jere could also not tell Book!Michael about the Squip to keep the story going though it's up to you.

There are so many changes that could happen but it would be a whole new version of the Musical! Of course there will be some things that stay the same, Jake's house burning down and Rich telling Jere about the Squip in the Boys' Bathroom instead of the party. And Jere's dad could still be the one singing The Pants Song. And maybe a Do You Wanna Hang Scene as well. And just for fun we could add in Book!Squip trying to Squip the whole school for Jere's sake. Idk how Jere would react because I don't have the book(but I'll have it soon!)so I can only trust other people's words. Preferably someone who can interpret their personalities correctly since its bad enough that I thought Book!Michael was bad but he was actually a good friend and people were just being salty that he doesn't act like Musical!Michael.

Anyways I just thought about this cute idea when I started thinking about how different Two-Player game would be if Book!Michael sang it. Then I also thought what would happen if Book!Squip tried to Squip the school instead.

I'm out of ideas but I might(AKA 99% never gonna happen)make a parody of the Be More Chill musical. Who knows? I might get motivated someday.
