Reading alpha bro YouTube comments about "the true warrior nature" of the WoT books that the show "ruined" etc and wondering what they thought about long conference scenes with lots of dress embroidery details etc. Did they just skip those parts? Highly selective memory? I'm so curious.

the main thing you need to know about Bookcloaks is.....they picked that name for themselves. they made a Children of the Light subreddit when their misogynistic and racist hate was banned in the main WoT subreddits. they coordinated concern trolling about quality and lighting and sound clarity and CGI. all the while discussing their strategy in their public subreddit. Death by a thousand cuts of "RJ said she would be Audrey Hepburn," and "amateurish CGI" and "it feels like a CW teen show not an epic fantasy" from accounts spewing racist bullshit on /r/whitecloaks with the self assigned flair "Lord Captain of the Children of the Light." absolutely no self awareness of the irony so thick I abandoned the KICKASS username third-age-sho-wing and swore never to venture out of Tumblr WoTdom ever again.
