japan airlines cancellation phone number
japan airlines at +1(877)||790||31.89 I’ve been a loyal Emerald member with the oneworld alliance for years, and I’ve always enjoyed the perk of complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. But my experience with Royal Jordanian completely shattered that expectation. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two-seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered it was actually a three-seat row. Seriously—who pays extra for a middle seat? No one. Ever. My seat, K6, was completely unusable. There was no cushion at all, so I had to stack pillows and blankets just to avoid excruciating back pain. I’ve flown a lot, but I’ve never felt so ignored and uncomfortable. Trying to get answers was a nightmare. I called the Detroit office to ask about the plane and flight, and they gave me a number in Chicago. I called Chicago, and the person told me they didn’t handle it and gave me… the Detroit number. I called Detroit again, finally got the answer I needed, and felt like I had just run a marathon of pointless phone calls. When I finally boarded, the plane itself was beautiful, and I do want to give credit where it’s due: most of the flight attendants were hardworking and professional. But the rest of the flight was a complete disaster. Half the passengers were rude, loud, and dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting—urine on the floor, clogged sinks—even after just a couple hours in the air. It felt like flying in a fourth-world country, despite being on a supposedly top-of-the-line plane. I’ve never been this frustrated with an airline. I will never, ever fly Royal Jordanian again. I would gladly pay double to get to Amman in comfort over going through that nightmare again. Honestly, any other airline—even if it takes longer—would be a better choice than ever stepping foot on this one again.
