UGLY COVERS?? For me this is an ugly cover and one I would never buy! Unfortunately for me I ordered this book from @bookdepository and even though I DID NOT SELECT THIS COVER OR PURCHASE IT! This is the one they posted out to me. I had selected the dark blue cover which is miles better than this. . When I contacted Book Depository's customer service, I have to say, dealing with them wasn't a pleasant experience. They offered no apology, very dismissive and blamed it on the publisher @hodderbooks for changing the cover even though both covers were available for purchase on their site. This is the 2nd time they've sent me the wrong covers! . After suggesting that I return the book (at my own expense), I told them I wouldn't be doin any business with them in the future. It was passed up the line and I was told a full refund would be made and to keep the book, no apology, and very dismissive once again. . So my buddies over in the #BookKnights decided upon reading Once Upon A River for our monthly readalong. Originally I had opted out of reading it but then it came to a point where I'd read everything else I had on and so I was left with free time to read, so I ordered this this from the library. Unfortunately it has taken the library about a week and a half to get it in, and now I'm left with 2 or 3 days to blast through it..🙈.
