Booklr Positivity Week Day 7: Proudest Moments & Fondest Memories

Sorry, I was really tired the past two days and struggled to post. Last night I came home from work and basically fell asleep.

I think my favorite moments has always been people talking with me, responding to my comments and stuff. I made friends on here, or least I think I did. I really love this community and this week was a great idea, @books-and-cookies, @thebookishdragon

Hey all, I’m so so so thankful that so many people joined in with the events & I hope you all had fun with it! I didn’t get to respond to everything like I wanted to and I skipped a few days because although several things are going well in my life I’ve been in a bad frame of mind this week and work has been awful. 

My birthday is coming up (this Wednesday) and it usually makes me sad and bitter IRL so we’ll see how that goes, but I’m going to be catching up with all your amazing positivity week posts when I feel up to it, and thanks to everyone who messaged me yesterday when I reached out. <3 

Lastly thank you so so so much, all the hugs and cookies in the world to @books-and-cookies . Mary was such an obvious choice to approach with this idea. She’s always so genuine, honest, kind and supportive and a joy to know. Much love to you Mary, thank you for doing this with me & for brightening up my dash every day. x

BOOKLR POSITIVITY WEEK DAY 7:PROUDEST MOMENTS AND FONDEST MEMORIES

Thanks again to @books-and-cookies and @thebookishdragon for creating this challenge.

Well in the grand  scheme of booklr I feel like my blog is pretty insignificant so my proudest moments and fondest memories are not of super successful posts, influencing lots of people or anything like that. Most of them are to do with the friends I've made in the two years I've been here.

-Of course the first time one of my posts got over 100 notes was a pretty fond moment for me

- the first time I put myself out there and commented on someone else's post, which led to me making my first tumblr friend @boneseasonofglass

-When I found out how much I had in common with @passion-in-writing, and we quickly became tumblr besties

- Also I can't forget when I started talking to @bookofademigod by recommending her one of my favourite series, and now we're super close

-When I finally plucked up the courage to send asks to @audreys-book-nook and @books-and-cookies letting them know how much I loved their blogs

-Posting my first piece of original writing on here

-Forming a bond with @princesshavilliard  and @alwaysbuythebook over our shared love of a book with a tiny fandom, and letting them read the fanfiction I was writing for that book before I published it.

-  I also cant forget the friendship ive made with @maddyten and how this summer I think I singlehandedly contributed to the build up of her tbr

basically all of my fondest booklr moments come from the friends I've made here. I love all of you and am looking forward to making more!

#booklrpositivityweek - Proudest moments & fondest memories

I haven’t been very active on booklr before, so my fondest memories are actually from this week. This week was a lot of fun and very welcome (I got some bad news this week that I won’t go into right now because this is a positivity week). I found several new booklrs to follow and I hope I can stay at least a little active after this! Thank you @books-and-cookies and @thebookishdragon for coming up with this idea (you are two of the new booklrs I found!).

My proudest moment is probably this post that got over 300 notes even though I usually get less than 10. I’m proud of my posts that don’t get notes too, but it’s nice to feel validated :’)
