Sky in the Deep by @adrienneyoungauthor was another single-sitting read for me one sunny afternoon. Inspired by Viking history, Sky in the Deep is a fast-paced story about courage, forgiveness and family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The action scenes weren’t too graphic or violent for my delicate sensibilities and the bonds between the characters felt hard-won and true. The story had all the elements I really enjoy, and I have decided that I need to read many more Viking (and Norse) fantasy!
