I will only write some of the novellas out, but I will post about them in my stories. Writing out all of them would be a lot Goodbye September..... Star Wars Roundup
I’m slowly working my way through the current canon Star Wars novels with hit and miss results. Just because it’s canon doesn’t make it good! Since I did not chronicle any reading from 2019 here I thought I’d rank what I’ve read so far moving into 2020 since I’m going to continue this project until I’m caught up, even if that means it’s a multi-year project. Additionally it’ll be interesting…

2019 Book List
Annual Book Roundup! Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me by Mindy Kaling- Brilliantly funny. Enjoyable read.
Why not Me? by Mindy Kaling-Hilarious and even better than her last.
Becoming by Michelle Obama- Absolutely loved this insight into her life. Meticulously and succinctly written. Very inspiring.
Just Ask by Amy Pohelr-Pleasantly surprised on how the book turned out. Very funny but too much complaining on how hard it was to write a book. It took away from the writing. Loved the emphasis on her relationship with Tina Fey.
I Know You Are, But What Am I? by Samantha Bees- Not very linear, but extremely hilarious. Solid writing.
The Girl In Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware-Very gripping. A explosive start that was very engaging. Was slightly disappointed with how the story ended.
Career of Evil by Robert Gailbraith- Absolutely superb. One of my favourite series. Extremely well researched and thought out.
Lethal White by Robert Gailbraith- Extremely intricate mystery. Can’t wait for the next one.
Bossy Pants by Tina Fey- Ulitmately disappointing and not very personal but an interesting look into comedy writing.
Cleaving by Julie Powell-Intense, honest, and heart-wrenching. Incredibly intimate and well written even though I depised the subject.
A Stillness of Chimes by Meg Moseley- Captiviating story and prose. This story draws you in.
The Girl With the Lower Back Tattoo by Amy Schumer-Fantastic! Detailed and well organized.
A Year of Marriage by Jo Piaza- Very good. An interesting look on modern marriage in North American contrasted with those of different cultures.
Scrappy Little Nobody by Anna Kendrick-Well written and honest. A great read.
The Library at the Edge of the World by Felicity Hayes-McCoy-Heartwarming and emotionally intelligent.
It’s an interesting coincidence that the majority of books I read this year were written by or about women. Something I would like to continue!
