REVIEW: This Impossible Light by Lily Myers. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Such a captivating read about such a serious topic. This is a story told in verse about a girl who feels like she's lost control of things in her life and so takes control of one thing she thinks she can control. Her body. Such an emotional story that made me tear up at moments. I just wanted to reach out and hug Ivy. As someone who deals with a mental disorder everyday, I really related to the main character and the way she thinks. It was really hard to see her go through what she does and also see myself in her. This is a very important story to read and is told in such a way that expresses the emotions more deeply. I definitely want to check out more of Lily Myers writing as this has now become a favourite.
