Bootleg Nektann made by a chinese company BELA under a brand called INVINCIBILITY ROBOT. These guys have been making bionicles accessible to the kids from low income families since like 2002 or so. The quality risen considerably since the times when they were making bohroks with parts in random colors and sockets that would die upon the first use, but these are still the worst bootlegs you can find.

When we were in Płock, we went to a Chinese shop that was closing down and had everything 50% off. We bought a bootleg Lego set cuz it was just 10zł and I thought I could use some of the parts for my own build. However, it turned out to be really good! The blocks are pretty much the same plastic that Legos are made of, and the robot itself is much cooler and creative than most sets that Lego sells these days.
