legitimately, even when loosing weight this happens. a womans weight can fluctuate up to 5 kilos in a month.Theres also the fact that muscle weighs more than fat, and if you’re doing training you’ll weigh more until your body redistributes the weight
I try to remember that muscle weighs more than fat, but at the same time I’m worried I’ll lull myself into that, you know? But I’ve gotten a little definition and stuff, so I’m trying not to worry TOO much about the scale. So I also take my strategic measurements once a month (and waist sometimes just to keep an eye on it). I’ve been feeling a little better about myself, despite the scale, but sometimes it still gets to me that I just can’t get the number down. But then I guess I should remember how far I’ve come and enjoy how much easier doing stuff is and how big some clothes are and stuff. But I just want to go a bit further, have that nice waist curve I occasionally see that I like so much...
