This Palcy ad on X advertising the sequel had me dead this morning, holy shit.

Tadase <---- rivals ----> Ikuto Tadase --- attracted to ----> Amu Amu --- object of her admiration ----> Tadase Amu <---- fated to be attracted to each other ----> Ikuto ??? --- ? ----> Amu

The fact that Amu and Ikuto's arrows go both ways was such a kick in the feels, they just keep making it more and more obvious that Amuto is canon, despite Amu still being stubborn and in denial about her feelings for Ikuto. The first series already made it pretty obvious that Amuto was canon - there were so many hints throughout the entire manga - you had to be blind or in denial not to see it.

This isn't the first time official sources (Palcy is owned by Kodansha which publishes SC!) pushed Amuto, remember this little gem from the new volume 2 back cover:

It's fucking canon and everyone working at Kodansha knows it. I love it.
